Approaching the end!

We are almost done! Has been a process of making this film opening, and I have learned so much, and we are finally approaching the end!! The last step is to do the final editing, and combine everything. I have pasted below some of the rough cuts I have from filming. 

The close-up of the glasses helps set the scene for upcoming events. Showing the process of getting ready. What is not included is the music or narration that is going to be going over it. It will make the scenes make more sense, and help establish a story. 

This drone shot marks the first time that the two characters meet. The overhead drone shot helps show the setting, and how the characters interact with each other. They bump and look at each other, but do not say anything. 

This is a part of the getting ready theme in the opening. The lack of emotion on the face of the girl helps illuminate her feelings, and re-enforce the words in the narration.  

 This scene shows the guy on a spy website, searching for someone's name. It can be deduced that the person is the object of the obsession, and it links the characters together and displays the theme of obsessiveness throughout the opening. 

This will be at the beginning, and will show the girl as normal. This idea is quickly turned down when the shot pans to the board that is tracking down a murderer. This part goes by relatively fast, and I would like to stay on the board for longer because it is an important piece of mise-en-scene that helps reveal information about the characters.
